Spring is official, and you know what else is? Polerotica 2026! That’s right…the Pacific Northwest's original & largest pole competition is back for 2026—now in its 16th year! What better time to look back and see how we got here? There’ve been so many amazing, talented pole-goddesses over the last decade and a half!

Now, we’ve lost a few years along the way (mainly due to the pandemic and some internal event restructuring), but since the first Polerotica in 2010, we’ve hung gold medals on 13 champions, including a tie for first place one year, as well as a performer winning three times (a truly amazing accomplishment that has never happened since, across both Exotic competitions)!

Polerotica is an amazing event that showcases the immense talent, athleticism, and technical pole skills that are present in our industry, which are often overlooked. It’s a much different event than Miss Exotic Oregon…less pageant, more hardcore, physical competition.

It all starts on Friday, April 3, at Kit Kat Club, and continues for seven weeks of preliminary qualifying rounds. Then, it's the ultimate pole showdown at The Finals on Friday, May 22, at Dante's. The full list of dates listed below. See you there!

THE P-TOWN HAPS

Time to discuss what else is happening around the industry in April. And if you’re a seasoned Erotic City connoisseur, you already know we’ll start with industry birthdays! We’ll start off with Daria’s Gosh Dang Divine Dance-O-Rama Birthday Party on Friday, April 3, at Devils Point. Then on the following Friday, April 10, head over to AJ’s Gentlemen’s Club for Nina’s All-White Birthday Party. Lastly, we have two birthdays on Saturday, April 11: Azra’s Angelic Birthday Party at Lucky Devil Lounge, and Scott’s Birthday Party at Guilty Pleasures. Happy Birthday, ladies—and Scott—from all of us at Exotic!

Anyone up for some industry-flavored Easter celebrations? Sounds like the perfect mix to us! Visit Stars Cabaret at Bridgeport in Tigard for their industry Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 5. Easter eggs will be hidden throughout the club, along with the coveted golden egg, containing the exclusive Stars Cabaret MVP Card! Other prizes include free dances and Starbucks gift cards, so don’t miss out! A few weeks later, on Saturday, April 18, Stars Cabaret in Salem will throw their own Easter egg hunt: Bad Bunnies After Dark, promising drink specials and naughty surprises all night!

Now it wouldn’t be a proper April in the industry without a 4/20 party, right?! Casa Diablo has you covered, thankfully. Join them on Sunday, April 19, for their Bob Marley at Midnight, 420 Pre-Party!

Last on our list of April events is a going-away party of sorts. Guilty Pleasures is throwing their Farewell Party on Saturday, April 25, but it’s also, technically, their 8th Anniversary. We like to look for the positivity in things here at Exotic, so we’re focusing on celebrating the last eight years—lots of good times! We’ll see you all there for a final goodbye. ????
