Summer may be coming to a close, but it’s the exact opposite for industry events! There’s so much going on this month, I don’t even have room for those witty intros that I know you all love. I’ve always prided myself on sticking to one basic premise when I scribble this column each month: if you didn’t learn a single thing after reading it, I have failed. That said, I’m most probably failing you this month, and for that, I apologize. (Please note: usefulness of aforementioned “single thing” is not implied or guaranteed.)

For birthdays this month, we start with two-time covergirl Phoenix, who’s celebrating her Wild Wild West Birthday Party at Devils Point on Sunday, September 8. Next, on Friday, September 25, it’s Nikki’s Birthday Party at Lucky Devil Lounge. Also on Friday, September 25, we have The Twins Back-to-School Birthday Party at The Sunset Strip VIP—twins being Lexi and Josie! A very happy birthday to all of you sexy ladies, from all of us at Exotic!

We’d also like to congratulate Flesh and Bones Lounge on their first anniversary! The first is always the hardest, and we wish you many more to come! Join the festivities and help celebrate their first year on Thursday, September 17. Congratulations, Kylee!

Now on to industry events! Dick Hennessy’s 12th Annual Best Breasts of the West starts Friday, September 4, at Flesh and Bones Lounge. Make sure to check the dates and locations for all five rounds on the right, and see the official announcement and flyer on page 16! On Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12, Kit Kat Club will host its annual Superheroes vs. Supervillains, Rose City Comic Con, and Geek Week Party. This is two days of dungeons, dragons, and debauchery that you don’t want to miss!

The following Friday (September 18), Stars Cabaret (Bridgeport) will throw their annual ‘90s Party, which is guaranteed to be da bomb, phat, fly, as well as off the hook (okay, you get the point). On Saturday, September 19, It’s the “Pa-No-Cha” Party at Las Cariñosas Cabaret. The name tells you all you need to know, and if you are Spanish-challenged, just ask Google, minus the hyphens. We know you’ll be in attendance after the search. Next, on Saturday, September 26, it’s Babes, Boots, and Bourbon at Stars Cabaret in Salem, with country music, line dancing, beautiful babes, and…of course…Bourbon!

Wrapping up events for September, We Are Everywhere Fest returns for its second year! Please show up for your local industry artists and support all three events: Tuesday, September 8, is the pole competition at Kit Kat Club; Thursday, September 10, is the art show at 215 Southeast Morrison Street; and Sunday, September 13, is the film festival at Clinton Street Theater. MISS EXOTIC OREGON 2027

Autumn is nearly upon us, and it’s our favorite season here at Exotic. That’s because fall marks the start of the industry’s premier pageant—Miss Exotic Oregon. It’s coming next month, and we’re announcing the official dates in this very issue. It all starts at Kit Kat Club on Friday, October 2! All the October dates are on the right, in red, or flip to page 44 for the official announcement and flyer, with all the dates and essential info!
