The first phase of a huge remodeling/addition project of the Dolphin Restaurant and Lounge at 17180 SE McLoughlin Boulevard in Milwaukie will be finished this month. The complete addition/remodel is costing over $200,000 and will be finished early next year. Changes include a new entrance, a new three-sided bar, additional seating, new sound and lighting systems, and a new kitchen. Coming later in the month and in January are a huge, beautiful new dressing room for the entertainers, a big fireplace in the lounge, and a larger VIP area. The Dolphin will be having a special “Grand Opening” celebration for their new look (though they have never closed) on Monday, December 14. They will also be opening on Christmas at 4pm and have a huge New Year’s Eve party in the works. A perfect time to stop and see the all-new Dolphin– truly a world class gentlemen’s club. And a perfect excuse to say “hi” to (and bum a smoke from) Louie “LC” the DeeJay.
This month rings in the party season. We don't know about you, but we are going to stay pretty busy trying to check out all the action going on in our fair city. CJ's will be hosting their annual "Christmas Benefit." The money raised during this yearly event goes to local charities. If you feel like giving to those less fortunate this year, stop by CJ's and help them with their cause. Then, put on your party shoes and get ready to get down with the party animal on New Year’s Eve for the Annual New Year’s Eve Bash. Lot's of fun and entertainment. We also heard a rumor that CJ's will be having topless bartenders soon.... hmmm. The Hideaway Pub has some deals to brighten up your rainy month; they will be featuring five dollar table dances and free pool on sunday. Sounds like a plan to me. We'll meet you there! The Dolphin has a million-dollar new look. They have completely remodeled their club: new bar, new sound, new lights. You'll need to make sure you stop by on December 14th for their Grand Opening Party. Then mark your calendars, because they will be having a huge New Year’s Eve Party you won't want to miss. Speaking of New Years Eve Parties, we hear that Union Jacks Club is hosting their annual New Year’s Eve Extravaganza, featuring the man with the four foot tongue and more! Doc's is featuring their new "Topless Lunch." Topless bartenders from 7am to 1:30 pm; now we know where you'll go for lunch... Club Coco II has a full bar coming soon; they are located at the east end of the Ross Island Bridge. Club 205 will have Santa and his helpers featured on December 18th from 8pm to 11pm. Stop by and have your photo taken with one or two of his cute little helpers. If your heading down to Eugene during the month of December, try to plan it so you can stop at the Silver Dollar Club and see Ashley Lauren, “The Most Shot Covergirl in Adult Magazine History.” Ashley will be visiting our friends at the Silver Dollar December 15th through the 17th with one free lunch show on the 18th.
